Three days from the date of receipt (date of receipt included). In case of urgency, the case is to be submitted as early as possible. However, priority is to be given to court cases, RTI cases, SAQ and other cases for which action needs to be completed within given time frame. |

The branch head is required to examine the case submitted by the dealing assistant in accordance with rules, regulations and orders in the matter and submit the file with suggestion to MD or dispose the matter as per delegation of power to the branch head. |
